Dear Madison Optimist Club Members,
It's that time of year again! We are thrilled to invite you to our annual Madison Optimist Club 'Picnic Meeting' on Monday, August 10th at 5:30 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to step away from our usual meeting format, enjoy the beautiful summer weather, and connect with fellow club members in a relaxed, outdoor setting. The park offers plenty of green space, shaded picnic tables, and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for an evening of great food and even better company.
Dinner will be catered by Noodles & Company, featuring a delicious variety of their most popular dishes! While registration for the picnic is entirely free, we do ask that you RSVP in advance so you can select your meal of choice and help us ensure we have plenty of food for everyone. Please remember to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal.
